Context
Sienna Brooks is a branding and web design concept developed for a fictional independent real estate agent specializing in charming, character-filled homes rather than large-scale luxury properties. The project explores how a warm, cottagecore-inspired identity can make real estate feel personal, standing apart from the polished, corporate language most agency branding relies on.
Challenge
The goal was to build an identity that felt intimate and human while still reading as professional and trustworthy to potential clients, a real estate brand that leads with warmth instead of exclusivity, without losing credibility along the way.
Approach
The design pairs a soft, earthy color palette (olive, terracotta, dusty rose) with a hand-illustrated badge and monogram, delicate serif typography, and two custom patterns inspired by cottage details. The homepage was built to lead with warmth: personal storytelling in the copy, a curated (rather than exhaustive) selection of properties, and photography that favors character over polish. The identity extends into a full stationery system, from business cards to letterhead to packaging mockups, so the brand feels consistent everywhere it shows up.
Result
The final concept presents a cohesive, personality-driven brand where every touchpoint, digital and print, tells the same story: homes with soul, found with care. The result feels approachable and trustworthy without losing warmth, exactly the kind of positioning an independent agent needs to stand out from larger, more anonymous competitors.
