We will start with an introductory email conversation in which I will answer any questions you may have about my services. After this step, I will proceed by sending you a detailed questionnaire to gather all the information I need about your company.
When it’s your turn, I will start by researching your brand’s audience and competition, and using the information you provided, I will build and send a comprehensive brand strategy presentation.
After receiving your feedback, I will present a fully developed brand concept for your business. If you decide to have a website, I will create a mockup before implementing it. The design process will be collaborative, and I will always stay in touch with you, asking for feedback.
Once the website is fully built, I will link your domain to set you up with Squarespace and provide you with video tutorials to help you make any changes you will need. In the future, I will always be available for help and maintenance.
Please have all necessary content for the project ready by the start date, unless we’ve discussed otherwise. If you’re unable to provide the content on time, we may need to reschedule the project or apply a restart fee.
The payment structure is divided into two parts. To secure your spot on my waiting list, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required in advance. The remaining 50% is due either on the project’s end date or upon completion, whichever comes first.
If for some reason you are still not happy after included rounds of revisions, we will continue the project at my current hourly rate.
But don’t worry, at the start of the project I will send you an in-depth questionnaire to make sure we are on the same page, so 99% of the time those revisions are more than enough!
It’s possible. You can find the time required to complete each project on the services page. I have carefully chosen a timeframe that allows me to conduct researches, design your project, and address any revisions. However, it is possible that your project could be completed more quickly if the situation allows. If you need to complete your project fast, please inform me in advance so that I can create a customized quote based on your needs. Depending on the deadline and the complexity of the project, an urgency fee may be added.
